5 good reasons not to use personnel management tools

Automation becomes more and more popular nowadays. This is not a complexity to find the company that provides the solutions for this issue. Usually they are very attractive and have got a lot of great features, but it is only the first view. During the research of different stuff management software programs, I found that its utilizing has more shortcomings than advantages. There are some reasons why I do not use them.
Reason 1: You should pay for it. That is impossible to find the free employee management software. In addition to starting fee, you must pay for maintenance, updates and support. Some people find that the advantages outweigh the costs. Pay for the software only in case when you are sure that it can pay for itself, otherwise, search for the more appropriate solutions.
